About this policy
This policy explains how Fuentes Marketing & Design handles information through this website and related project inquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact anthony@fuentesmarketingdesign.com or (305) 903-1452.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and social profile links if supplied, selected services, and the business and project details you enter. We also receive information you send directly by email or phone. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, prepare a scope or quote, communicate about services and manage our business relationship. Technical information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website hosting and inquiry delivery
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. Our inquiry form sends your responses directly to Google Apps Script, which processes them and emails them to our business inbox through Google services. Google also receives the technical information needed to process that request. The form uses temporary anti-abuse and duplicate-submission identifiers; it does not publish your answers on the website.
Browser storage
Your selected color theme is saved in local storage on your device. When you switch the inquiry form between English and Spanish, the site temporarily stores the draft in session storage so your answers can transfer between versions. This draft is read and removed when restored. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may reset preferences or remove an unfinished draft.
Google reviews and third-party links
The reviews section requests a selection of public reviews from Google through our server. We do not forward your IP address to Google in that server request or store a copy of review content. Reviewer photos load from Google in your browser, which sends Google technical request information. Clicking a review, social profile or other external link takes you to a separately operated service. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for those features, and the Google Maps Terms. Cloudflare describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.
Sharing and retention
Information is processed by providers needed to host the website, deliver inquiries and communicate with you. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or prevent abuse. Inquiry and project correspondence may remain in our business email and project records as needed to handle your request, provide services, maintain business records or satisfy legal obligations. This site does not apply an automatic deletion schedule to your business correspondence.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit the form and contact us by email instead. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, email anthony@fuentesmarketingdesign.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. We will handle requests consistent with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for ongoing services or legal obligations. Browser settings let you control local storage and third-party content.
Security, children and changes
We use HTTPS and restrict access to the systems supporting this site, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. The site is intended for business inquiries, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy as the website or practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
