Website use
These terms cover your use of the Fuentes Marketing & Design website. Please use the site lawfully and review these terms before submitting an inquiry. They do not replace a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
Inquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form or contacting us requests a conversation; it does not create a paid engagement, reserve a start date or authorize a charge. Before production begins, the parties confirm the project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment requirements and revision rounds in a written agreement. That agreement governs the project if it differs from general website information.
Services, prices and recurring plans
Public packages describe predefined offers; individual services may require a custom quote. Pricing and availability may change for future engagements, while accepted written agreements remain controlling. Recurring services are limited to the agreed monthly scope and are not unlimited. Billing dates, renewals, cancellation, refunds and additional charges must be addressed in the applicable agreement; this website does not create an automatic renewal authorization. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client and is separate from our service fees.
Client materials and cooperation
Provide accurate contact and project information and only submit materials you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business claims, images and other content you supply. Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, approvals and necessary access. Do not send account passwords through the public inquiry form.
Intellectual property
Website branding, original text, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse the site and share links, but may not present its work as your own or reproduce it for commercial use without permission. Client work, third-party logos and Google content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files and third-party assets is determined by your written project agreement; viewing a portfolio example grants no rights to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam or malicious content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or request limits, or interfere with the website or other users. We may restrict abusive access. This does not restrict lawful access, accessibility tools or legitimate search-engine crawling.
Third-party services and Google Maps
Links and integrations may involve independently operated services. Google review content is provided by Google and its reviewers; Google selects the reviews returned, and the displayed selection may not include every review. Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and applicable Google Terms of Service, incorporated into these terms for those features. Their information practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Availability and results
We aim to keep website information accurate, but errors, service interruptions and third-party changes can occur. Please confirm important project details in your written agreement. Website information is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. Marketing, search rankings, advertising performance and business results are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains website data handling. We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version and date; changes do not retroactively alter a separate accepted project agreement.
