01 / THE CHALLENGE
Party Rental Website Design for Kids World Soft Play
Families need to know what a setup includes, whether it suits their celebration, and how to ask about a date. The business needs the event location, equipment choice, and delivery details before committing to a reservation. A calendar alone cannot make that decision.
Make the next step easy. Keep the final decision human.
02 / THE DIRECTION
Colorful without losing the details.
FMD carried the Kids World identity into rounded typography, bright accents, and photographs of real rental setups. Package content distinguishes the Soft Play Set, bounce-house options, and add-ons, with clear starting prices and a separate delivery quote.

03 / INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE
Availability Checks & Booking Requests
The soft-play calendar gives families a starting point. Choosing a date carries it into the inquiry form, where they can add their package, location, time, and party preferences. The submission becomes a New Inquiry for the owner to review.
The calendar covers soft-play capacity. Bounce-house availability and delivery logistics still require personal confirmation.
Read the video walkthrough
- Explore the homepage and rental packages.
- Choose the Soft Play Set and open its availability calendar.
- Select a date and complete a sample event request.
- See the received message, then open the owner calendar.
- Review the New Inquiry and its availability-approval control. No real booking is created.
04 / CUSTOMER JOURNEY
An open date is not a confirmed booking.
The interface makes the distinction explicit: sending a request does not reserve equipment or collect a deposit. The owner checks the setup and travel requirements, approves availability, and coordinates the deposit before confirming the booking.
05 / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Rental Inquiries & Owner Scheduling
The owner workspace brings inquiries, event dates, package choices, and payment status together. Day, week, and month views support scheduling, while the booking editor keeps availability approval separate from the deposit and final confirmation.

Management screenshots contain fictional records only. Private tools are not linked from this case study.
06 / RESPONSIVE EXPERIENCE
A Mobile-Friendly Rental Inquiry Experience
Rental photography, package information, and the request flow reflow for smaller screens. Families can browse a setup and check the soft-play calendar without needing a desktop.
07 / THE RESULT
A cheerful website with a clear handoff.
The project connects the customer-facing brand to the owner’s daily work. Families can send a more complete inquiry, and the owner can review it without treating a tentative date as a confirmed reservation. That practical distinction is part of the design.
